Administrative History

Living Word Temple is based in Winnipeg, MB. The church is working to share the gospel with First Nations people. Living Word was started in the 1950s. However, most of the initial congregants left and those who stayed connected with the community, forming a mostly First Nations church. On Sundays they worship in a circle and share a meal together at each gathering. They have several outreach programs such as hosting Alcoholics Anonymous, clothing bank, food bank and an emergency pantry.

The leaders of this congregation have been Paul Winter (present).
