Administrative History
Jubilee Mennonite Church is the result of a merger between Northdale Mennonite Church and Valley Gardens Community Church on January 8, 1995. The merger was possibly in response to low and decreasing memberships of the two originating congregations. Jubilee Mennonite Church meets in the building formerly used by the Northdale Mennonite Church.
Leaders: John B. Epp (Interim part-time pastor 1995), Siegfried Wall (1995–2001), Allan Labun (Interim Senior Pastor 2002), Terry Goertzen (2003–2008), Interim Senior Pastor, Martin Blumrich (2008–2009), Dan Nighswander (2009–2015), Bryce Miller (2016–2019), Ken Warkentin (2020– ).
Jubilee is a dual conference congregation, affiliated with Mennonite Church Manitoba (1995–), Mennonite Church Canada (1995–), the Mennonite Brethren Church of Manitoba (1995–) and the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches.
The language of worship is English.
